I feel like the last to know.  I heard something had happened at Fort Hood Texas but didn't realize how bad it was.  If you're into Political Correctness you should just exit now because I most definately am not.   And I have no intention of trying to act like a journalist.   That's a dead field anyway.  I'm just going to say what I'm thinking.  If you don't like it I don't honestly care.

 Absolutely nothing about this episode adds up. 

 A muslim, Army Major,  MAJOR!!!, suddenly discovers that when you're in the military your mission sometimes is to deploy, and sometimes to combat zones?  He's a shrink... And he couldn't figure that out until now?  Doesn't the Army tell their people once in awhile what they exist for?  What a crybaby.  The poor Major didn't want to deploy.  I guess he never should have enlisted then.  At least he had a choice to enlist,  unlike in some countries.

 He was apparently conflicted about going to war according to his cousin.   So I'm guessing that since he's a muslim, he had problems with the idea of going to Iraq or Afghanistan where other muslims were being killed.  Not by him though.. he's a shrink.   Considering it's the Army I'm suprised he even remembered how to fire a weapon.

  Also according to his cousin, he was trying to get out of deployment and out of the Army. 

 So he's against killing, but.................it's okay to kill Americans?  Instead of resigning his commission and being discharged he decided to shoot the place up to what.. get out?  Check out permanently?

 He has blog entries talking about suicide bombers being the equivalent to a fellow soldier jumping on a Grenade to save his fellow soldiers??

 Why does this just seem a little too convenient?  Well.. who knows yet?  If it's a setup.. to what end?

  I served with a Gunnery Sergeant who converted to Islam while we were stationed at the same place.   I don't know what kind of mind altering drugs they do at their Muslim get togethers but it certainly changed him.. for the worse.    And wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed to start.  He felt the need to brag all the time about his new found religion. Somebody asked him if his Imam told him to drive a truck of explosives to the headquarters building and blow himself up, would he do it?

  He simply would not answer NO.  He danced all around the question.  In my mind it meant that YES he absolutely would.   So I can see how this virus like religion could infect the Major's mind and push him to murder. 

  Again, IF this information is true.  I have to ask.  Where was he going to services?  What Mosque?  What other plans are being hatched there?  If he had managed to get out of the Army then what?  Would he have done the same thing to save his fellow muslims lives after he was discharged?  Will this even be investigated considering who currently runs the country.. ie. radical, socialist, communists, etc.   They all pretty much look at it the same way, all the bad in the world is our fault according to them.  The Major thought he'd sacrifice himself to save Muslims.  Obama wants to sacrifice this country to save Muslims, socialists.. ANYBODY who isn't American.

  It is pretty bad that a climate is being created where military personnel aren't even safe on their own bases, in this country.  It is because of the constant bad-mouthing by the State Run Media, Idiot bloggers, Congressmen, the President, and all the leftists in his administration.   And of course it's all by design.  Code Pink must be so proud.  Maybe Obama will get a few polling points back!

  12 had to die, and 30 had to be wounded because Major Malfunction didn't want to deploy.  Well sure why not?  What's the difference? Obama can't make his mind up about Afghanistan while our people are dying over there.  I'm sure he won't lose any sleep over a few at Fort Hood. 

  What a screwed up day this was.  I pray there aren't any more like it anytime soon. 

 The Obama overthrow of the U.S. Government is nearing completion.  The socialists have taken over the banking industry so they have control of your money so you can't resist without running the risk of losing it all.  And lose it all you will when their plan to collapse the dollar succeeds. They are nearing completion of the takeover of your health care, which is a pretty strong lever to control you if you are young, kill you if you are old, and never let you exist if you are yet to be born.

 The final piece of the puzzle, closely linked to cap and tax, is your electrical power.

 This is another part of the incestous relationship between GE, the media, and the Obama empire.  You can bet the $3.4B is for more than just a "smart" power grid.  Its another handout to GE therefore to NBC for some continued favorable reporting and brainwashing to prop up Obama's failing popularity.

The challenge, they say, will be to create a system that can survive an attack."

  Well this is a densely packed load of "beside the point".

  "Modernizing"??  Apparently until the Messiah came down from on high electricians, and electrical engineers didn't know a THING about electricity.  Why it's amazing we aren't still using DC current to power our homes! Or maybe candles!  The fact is improvements have been continuous and ongoing for years.  We don't need ObamaGrid.

  "Cybersecurity analysts"  Who are these people?  The new 1,000 that Obama has funded to silence users on the blogs who get the word out about his socialist debaucles?  It's real simple.  If you don't want the power grid hacked.. don't put it on the Internet!  No need to redesign it.

"The funds will allow installation of 18 million "smart meters" and 1 million other in-home devices as well as more modern thermostats to allow homeowners to better monitor their electricity usage. The government and industry plan within the next several years to deploy 40 million smart meters -- wall-based units that can monitor how much electricity various appliances use -- and turn them off when energy costs more."

  This paragraph is the REAL meaning of the so-called "smartgrid". 

  "Smart Meters".  These are not about monitoring your electrical power so you can willingly save energy.  These will be forced upon you just like the bailout money was to the bankers.  And of course once they are in your home,... they won't change how much power your current set of appliances etc, use.   The "Smart Meters" will simply be the way the government then ORDERS you to make changes to your home.   All based on the global warming HOAX.  And if you don't have the money or decide you just don't feel like redesigning your home to some socialist set up.. they'll also have the ability to simply turn things in your home off.  You know, like your Air Conditioner.  Of course they won't shut that off in the winter.  They'll shut it off when  you need it most.. in the Summer during those pesky "peak" power usage times.  That way we can sink to the level of France where thousands died needlessly during a particularly hot summer.. because they're too stupid to put air conditioners in their home.

  Now before you start yelling "conspiracy theory".. you might want to do some research on your own.  This is already being done in European, craphole, countries. 

"Researchers are now doggedly pursuing ways to safeguard the computer and communications technology that will control the digitalized system." 

  There would be no reason to try to protect this system if it wasn't used.  It is absolutely a waste of time and money.  Besides I can gaurantee you that hackers will be the least of their worries if they try to put this junk in my home.  I'll disable it anyway possible, and share the plans with everyone who wants them.

  Obama knows nothing about electricity and couldn't care less.   But just as in the case of the banking industry all of his meddlings have nothing to do with fixing it.   Just like with health care, his meddlings have nothing to do with fixing the system.  

  It is just the 3rd and final leg of the table on which Obama and his socialist pals will build the new America.  This isn't my opinion, this is what his "advisers" have openly discussed.  Of course the State Run media won't report on it. 

  If you can't buy the things you need to survive, can't keep yourself alive with medical treatment, and are left to freeze to death, or bake to death when your power is shut off, you are pretty much at the mercy of the Federal Government and the "messiah" to save you.

  Freedom simply does not figure in to Obama's world view on any level.
